On Self Love

Health is something we all strive to attain. There are many facets to health and I believe that one of them is love of self. Here are 5 tips for freeing yourself to live the life you were meant to.

1. First and foremost, spend time with people who love you and are concerned for your welfare. Your value doesn't decrease based on someone's inability to see your worth.

2. Find what makes your heart sing and spend some time every day doing that

3. Make decisions based on the outcome you want to see manifest.

4. Don't strive to be perfect. Just do the best you can.

5. Don't carry guilt or past traumas with you. We all have had that in our lives. Free yourself of guilt and shame and move forward knowing you are perfect just the way you are.
