A Big Bowl Salad

Having a garden full of greens make it easy to enjoy a fresh salad every day. Yesterday I picked some crisp fresh Arugula from my garden patch and added shaved Sweet Onion, thinly sliced Organic Granny Smith Apples, Walnuts, and a White Balsamic Vinaigrette to toss through. Filling and so good for you.

Remember to eat your greens each and every day. Give your cells what they really want...
